5. Brokerage & Service Fee

Elite Haus operates as an authorized channel partner for various luxury developers.

For most primary market projects, we charge zero brokerage.
For select resale, rental, or off-market properties, brokerage/service fees may apply, which will be transparently disclosed beforehand.

We do not collect any booking amounts or project payments on behalf of developers. All payments must be made directly to the developer via official channels.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the site — including logos, listings, layouts, graphics, and text — is owned or licensed by Elite Haus and protected under Indian copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute any part of this content without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
